Klaudjo Dhespo (Albanian: Klaudjo Dhespo, December 6, 1994, Tepeleni), known professionally as TOQUEL, is a Greek trapper of Albanian origin. He was born in Albania and moved to Heraklion, Crete, Greece at the age of one with his mother and two brothers.
He started his career in 2010, at the age of 16, which prevented him from graduating from school. During his then career he had released 5 albums - The Rose is Back (2011), Before I Open My Eyes (2011), Now Or Never (2012), Ash (with Solmeister) (2012), Like You (2013), A Little Too Much (2015) and 1 EP (2014). Over the course of his career, he has collaborated with many artists on the scene as well as his Albanian counterparts, as he was in the country in 2016-2017 writing in Albanian.
However, in 2018 he returned to Greece and Greek lyrics by signing a recording contract with Minos EMI, through which he released his seventh and now multi-platinum album, 777, with the big hits Business, STARS, Sandra, etc.
In 2022, he released the also multi-platinum album Beverly Hills, one of the most popular albums worldwide as within a few hours it conquered the Greek charts on Spotify & Apple Music and at the same time it was at number 8 on Spotify's Top Debut Albums, among new releases by music scene greats.
In November 2023, he released his new album titled 1111, which is titled after his mother's birth date and features collaborations with FLY LO, RACK, LILA, Bloody Hawk and Roran. Also, he participates in Snik's OAED-Remix with Ivan Greco and Voyage. The album stayed for 50 weeks at the top of the Greek charts.
